If something went wrong during a match, the score you had and what you pressed last are the two most useful things you can tell us.
Scorra's watch app is installed by the iPhone app, not separately. Open the Watch app on your iPhone, scroll to Scorra and turn on Show App on Apple Watch. It can take a few minutes to appear, and both devices need to be unlocked and near each other.
Either. The iPhone holds the score and is the one that speaks, the watch is a remote control for your wrist. A point given on the watch shows up on the phone and is announced there.
The announcements come out of the iPhone, not the watch, so the Bluetooth speaker has to be paired to the iPhone. Check that the phone is not on silent, that the volume is up, and that the speaker is the selected output.
Yes. Scorra keeps playing while the screen is off and while you are in another app, so the phone can stay in your bag next to the speaker for the whole match.
Yes. English and Spanish are both fully recorded, and you pick the language on the setup screen before a match.
Scorra reads them through Apple Health, and only while the watch app is running a match. If you refused the permission the first time, open the Health app on your iPhone, go to Sharing, Apps, Scorra, and switch on Heart Rate and Active Energy.
Yes. Each match is saved as a tennis workout when it ends, which is the activity type Apple Health has for racket sports played on court.
Three, chosen before the match: advantage, golden point, or advantage on the first deuce and golden point after that. The tiebreak can also be switched off entirely, in which case a set runs until one pair is two games ahead.
Undo the last point from the match screen on the iPhone. The score, the serve and the announcement all go back a step.
A match you abandon is thrown away and never reaches your history. A match you finish between sets is kept with the score it actually had, including a match left at one set all.
On the setup screen, under Past matches. Scorra keeps the last twenty on your iPhone. There is no account and no cloud, so they live in your iPhone backup and come across when you set up a new phone from it.
Swipe it away in Past matches. The match card and any photo you added go with it.
Everything to do with billing is handled by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and Scorra is in the list with the renewal date and a cancel button.
Tap Restore on the subscription screen. That asks the App Store what your Apple Account owns, which is what you need after a new phone or a reinstall. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account that bought it.
Refunds are Apple's to give, not ours. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
